The Opportunity:
A & A Plumbing, Heating & Cooling is hiring a Comfort Advisor to close warm, pre-qualified leads generated by our marketing team and our own technicians in the field — not cold outreach, not self-gen. Average ticket runs $12K–$18K on full system replacements and installs. This is a straight commission role with uncapped income: our previous advisor in this role closed $1,264,243 in annual sales with an average ticket of $13,893, so the earning ceiling here is real.
If you're a proven closer who wants a real book of warm leads and a company that will get out of your way, this is worth 15 minutes of your time.
What Success Looks Like:
- Build toward a $1M+ annual sales pace — the role's previous performance benchmark is $1,264,243 in a single year
- Convert qualified marketed lead at ≥ 50% and tech generated leads at ≥70% into signed proposals within your first 90 days
- Build a referral pipeline from past customers and field technicians that generates repeat and word-of-mouth business by month 6
- Present multiple options confidently enough that customers choose the system that's right for them — not just the cheapest one
What You'll Do:
- Run in-home consultations, diagnose comfort needs, and recommend the right heating, cooling, or IAQ system
- Build and present accurate estimates and proposals on the spot
- Work leads from company marketing and technician referrals — follow up fast, follow through completely
- Partner with install and service teams so the customer experience is seamless from sale to startup
- Turn every closed job into the next referral
What You'll Bring:
- A track record in HVAC sales, in-home sales, or another high-ticket consultative selling environment
- The ability to explain technical systems in plain language homeowners actually understand
- A closer's mindset — self-motivated, comfortable asking for the sale, comfortable with commission-only pay
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Comfort working in a CRM day-to-day
- Flexibility for some evenings and weekends — homeowners call when their AC breaks, not just 9-to-5

Pay: 100% commission, uncapped. Our most recent advisor in this role closed over $1.26M in a year — this territory and lead flow can support that kind of income for the right closer. Location: Schertz, TX — in-home consultations throughout the surrounding service area.
Qualifications:
- Proven Sales Experience: Minimum of 5 years in HVAC sales.
- Exceptional Communication: Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Energetic Attitude: Passion, enthusiasm, and a proactive approach to challenges.
